# What is One Punks NFT?

The One Punks NFT project is a limited Profile-Picture (PFP) that aims to become the first Punks & NFT collection on the One Ledger blockchain. With a supply of only 1,000 algorithmically generated Punks with hundreds of Hand-Drawn traits accompanied by a complex rarity system, we strive to become a blue-chip NFT project on the One Ledger ecosystem!

At One Punks, we believe that by successfully launching our collection we will demonstrate that the One Ledger blockchain is capable of deploying any NFT-related Dapp with nearly zero gas fees and x1000 times faster than Ethereum. This will encourage artists and developers to build their NFT and Defi projects on the One Ledger network, increasing adoption at a rapid pace.\
